Island Towing

Called island towing when my vehicle broke down. They had a very prompt response and even though my vehicle was in a very tough position Casey got it towed home for me. By far best tow truck operator I’ve ever experienced, very kind and understanding!

I ran out of diesel fuel on I80 and these guys saved the day. The woman in dispatch was on point; listened well, provided an accurate response time and had a pleasant demeanor. Their driver showed up in under an hour with 5 gallons of diesel fuel and even grabbed a can of ether so I could prime my fuel system. The fee charged was inline with industry rates. Highly recommend.

AAA left me stranded but Island Towing came to the rescue! They arrived in the time quoted and Nathan was a complete professional, compassionate to my situation and went above and beyond to get my vehicle towed and dropped off. Thank you Island Towing for turning a bad day into a very pleasant experience. Nathan is a true gem!

Got stuck on a slush and snow covered street, they arrived about 30 minutes after I called and got my car moved the 30 yards back to my buildings parking lot. Outstanding customer service. My only complaint would be the cost of the job. Luckily my insurance covered the $125.00. The responder reminded me to turn it in to my insurance company to get reimbursed.

Shout out to driver Matthew! He was very pleasant and made the tow experience more bearable. You can trust him too get the job done. He was very respectful and cared for my vehicle when loading it and unloading it. He was helpful on getting my vehicle where it needed to go, with me not being from the area I had no idea to take it. He has a good sense of humor and is committed on taking care of his customers. Thank you so much! I would use your company again in a heartbeat!
